Coaching and personal development for students If you are a student or teacher I know that you will appreciate, more than anyone, the wide range of challenges that students face throughout the academic year: from preparation for exams and coursework deadlines; school performances and sporting events to the various relationships they have with friends, parents and teachers.
As an experienced, professional Life Coach and Wellness Consultant, I have recently been asked to provide talks and coaching for students in the Leicestershire area on subjects ranging from stress management to confidence and self esteem. This has been mainly aimed at students from year 6 upwards facing exam pressures, career/ongoing educational decisions as well as personal challenges in growing confidence and self esteem. The programmes I offer range from short stress busting talks/seminars to formal coaching on stress management, confidence, time management and life balance. I understand that the physical and emotional changes that children experience in their teenage years can frequently impact on their academic performance and am very keen to help children deal with these changes as effectively and positively as possible.
In the past I have helped teenagers positively manage the challenges of exams, leaving home and going to University, as well as help to significantly improve their confidence and self-esteem levels.
